International exchange on advanced nanoscale functional properties in condensed matter
At the nanoscale, the transport of fluids, ions, and energy differs fundamentally from macroscopic behaviour. Understanding and controlling these transport phenomena is a central challenge in condensed matter physics and nanotechnology, with important implications for energy systems, water resources, and emerging nanoscale devices.
The workshop will bring together leading scientists, early-career researchers, and innovators to discuss fluid flow, ion transport, friction, and heat transfer in nanostructures and confined systems.
The programme aims to strengthen long-term international collaboration, especially between leading research groups in China and Europe, through invited talks, contributed presentations, and scientific discussions.
